I created a structure that guided the eye from top to bottom using icon blocks, curved sections, and clear segmentation. Used RNP Tech’s vibrant branding (orange, blue, white) to keep it modern and tech-driven.
In both physical and digital marketing, a well-crafted brochure still holds timeless value — especially when it strikes the right balance between company branding and product clarity.
For RNP Tech, I designed a two-sided brochure that serves as both a print handout and a digital PDF. One side focused on their brand identity and services, while the other introduced their powerful new platform — the E-WSHMS (Workplace Safety and Health Management System).
Here’s how I brought this versatile design to life.
Understanding context is key — especially when the final product is expected to perform across multiple formats. Here’s what I did upfront:
The brochure was aimed at introducing RNP Tech to SMEs and stakeholders during meetings, events, or onboarding.
One side would explain who RNP Tech is (Vision, Mission, Services). The other would serve as a mini-product brochure for the E-WSHMS platform.
Since the content was dense (including pricing plans), I planned a layout that flowed visually and maintained high readability.
The layout needed to work both in hand (A5 printed) and on-screen (PDF reader/mobile preview).
This project required precision, brand alignment, and clarity. Here’s how I executed it:
I created a structure that guided the eye from top to bottom using icon blocks, curved sections, and clear segmentation. Used RNP Tech’s vibrant branding (orange, blue, white) to keep it modern and tech-driven.
“Digital Brilliance Starts Here” – to quickly catch attention. Displayed with icons and bubble sections for fast readability. Grouped visually into categories like Web Dev, E-commerce. Included bullet points showcasing credibility, affordability, and speed.
Displayed with icons for each feature like hazard reporting, audit logs, digital checklists, etc. Alternated between icons and text to avoid blocks of unreadable content. A mini-table comparing tiers was added to help potential clients understand options quickly.
I tested the final brochure in A5 print format and mobile PDF view, ensuring it would function perfectly across mediums. Created hand-holding mockups (as shown above) to help the client visualize real-world usage.
Once the design and testing were complete, I delivered the project with full clarity and support:
Delivered a professional CMYK PDF file, set up with proper bleed and trim marks for seamless printing. It’s ready for high-quality output at any commercial press.
A lightweight, screen-optimized PDF version was shared for digital use—perfect for WhatsApp, email attachments, or viewing on mobile devices.
Provided a high-resolution PNG tailored for LinkedIn posts or inclusion in digital slides. Sharp visuals ensured clarity and brand consistency platforms.
Shared fully editable source files via Canva or Illustrator. This gives the client flexibility to update, add new products, or reuse templates for future campaigns.
Whether it’s an internal explainer or a public-facing sales tool, I can help you create professional, dual-purpose brochures that align with your brand and simplify complex information.
