Before I touched a design tool, I made sure I fully understood the brand’s voice, context, and goals. Here’s how I prepared for this project:
Both tools (E-AMS & E-CMS) are digital platforms aimed at streamlining company operations — one manages appointments, and the other tracks tasks and compliance checklists.
Medium-size private firms, HR teams, admins, and IT managers looking for simple, scalable solutions. They were the target audience to this tool
One creative (E-AMS) would be used for large-format visibility, while the other (E-CMS) was intended for handouts or digital PDF sharing.
RNP Tech’s logo, colors, and character-based visual style had to stay consistent across both assets.
Each design was developed with specific goals in mind. Here’s how I approached them step-by-step:
Billboard: Required large, clear visuals with fast recognition. I used tech-themed 3D illustration to reflect task automation. Booklet: Meant for in-depth reading, so I structured the layout for flow — title, features, benefits, and visual storytelling.
Used RNP Tech’s blue, orange, and white as primary colors. Clean, bold fonts with varying weight to guide the viewer's eye from headline → subpoints → CTA. Icons and illustrations matched the tech feel while keeping the tone friendly and modern
Billboard Poster (E-AMS):
Headline-focused: “E-Appointment Management System”. Strong supporting visual (person with laptop, surrounded by time-related icons). Minimal text for fast roadside/scroll-based readability
Flyer/Booklet (E-CMS):
Landscape format with visual segmentation. Included illustrations of people managing checklists. Designed to be both printable and shareable digitally via PDF
To preview how both posts would appear on different devices (mobile/tablet), I created mockups and sent them with the final deliverables.
Once the design and testing were complete, I delivered the project with full clarity and support:
The client received the full source file via Canva, allowing them to make future edits with ease. Just drag, drop, and publish whenever updates are required.
I included social media caption suggestions tailored to the visual content. These were crafted to help boost engagement and save time.
A high-resolution PNG file was delivered, perfectly optimized for Instagram. The design was crisp, mobile-friendly, and ready to be uploaded without any additional edits.
I provided a square layout version of the design to ensure optimal appearance on platforms like Facebook and WhatsApp..
