In today’s fast-scrolling digital world, Instagram Reels are one of the fastest ways to grab attention, build brand awareness, and create demand. For this project, I created a short-form video for a client offering workplace safety training and certification services.

Before starting the reel, I ensured we had clarity on two key things:
Businesses, safety officers, and professionals looking to implement workplace safety training.
Create a visually bold, fast-paced reel that builds curiosity while clearly introducing the service offered.
Selected a high-impact message structure that speaks to workplace compliance and safety importance.
Chose a bold text animation style with minimal distractions to focus attention on the message. based on Reels algorithm best practices (under 30 sec, strong hook in first 3 seconds).
Once direction was locked in, I executed the reel through the following steps:

Formatted in 1080x1920 vertical resolution. Ensured brand logo and CTA ("DM to Book Now") were clean and non-obtrusive. Included on-screen subtitles to ensure message delivery even on mute.
After production, I completed a quality check and finalized the video in multiple formats:
